VALDOSTA — 外网天堂’s Alcivial Henrisme was recently named to Aramark Collegiate Hospitality’s 2025-2026 Council of Student Advisors.
The Council of Student Advisors plays a vital role in shaping college and university dining experiences by offering insights rooted in student feedback, consumer trends, and active listening. In addition to influencing strategy and operations, Henrisme will have access to professional development opportunities as well as a national network of peers and industry leaders throughout this year-long experience.
Twelve students from universities across the United States were selected for this honor. Henrisme was the only one from a Georgia institution of higher education.
“I’m extremely excited and truly blessed to be chosen for the Aramark Council of Student Advisors, especially being the only person selected from Georgia,” he shared. “It means a lot to have the opportunity to represent my Blazer community. I’m grateful for the chance to bring my perspective, make a positive impact, and show others what’s possible.”
A resident of South Bay, Florida, Henrisme anticipates earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Minor in Nutritional Science at 外网天堂 in May 2026. He plays linebacker for Blazer Football and advocates for students as an on-campus Aramark ambassador.
“Most of my time goes into studying football schemes and keeping up with my schoolwork,” he said, “but one campus group I’ve really enjoyed being part of is Blazers 4 Jesus. It’s one of my favorite growing clubs at 外网天堂.
“As an Aramark ambassador, I serve as a student representative for dining services on campus. My role involves giving feedback from a student’s perspective, helping improve the dining experience, and participating in events or promotions that support campus engagement. I also communicate with the Aramark team about what students like, what could be improved, and any ideas that can make dining more accessible and enjoyable. Overall, I act as a bridge between the student body and Aramark to help create a better campus dining environment.”
The Council of Student Advisors was formed by Aramark in 2022 to strengthen the company’s connection with students and to enhance the overall campus dining experience through direct feedback. Comprised of student leaders from Aramark partner campuses, the group serves as a collaborative forum for students to share insights and ideas that shape the future of campus hospitality.
The Council of Student Advisors meets virtually throughout the academic year, with each virtual session focusing on a specific topic.
“I’ve been able to offer input on topics like improving menu variety, creating healthier and more inclusive meal options, and finding ways to make the dining experience more convenient for students,” Henrisme said. “I’ve also shared feedback on what students at 外网天堂 really value — things like better communication about dining events, stronger late-night options, and making sure service stays consistent across all locations on campus.
“It feels amazing to know that my input can impact the dining experience for students, faculty, and staff at more than 275 schools nationwide. I’m grateful to represent 外网天堂 on that level, and it means a lot to know my perspective can help create positive changes, not just for my own campus but for campus communities all across the country.”
Henrisme has been invited to attend an annual summit at Aramark headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in January.
“Fostering genuine student conversation to inform hospitality experiences makes campuses more inviting and strengthens our connection with students,” said Karen Parker, chief marketing officer for Aramark Collegiate Hospitality. “That’s why the voice of our students is essential to our service. The students on the Council of Student Advisors have a passion for leadership and offer invaluable feedback. It is a privilege to host them and learn from their perspectives.”
