[Grant activity] I co-authored a 1.5-million-dollar state grant for Lowndes Middle School during 2023. The target population for this program was 130 students in 6th through 8th grade and 130 students during the summer program. The students will be served at the Lowndes Middle School facility for Project Vision, where they will have access to the classrooms, computer labs, media center, multipurpose room, gymnasium, and cafeteria. The students will receive a minimum of 12 hours of programming per week, Monday through Thursday, for 30 weeks (120 days) during the regular school year and at least 32 hours per week for four weeks (16 days) during the summer.
